How long will it take to get a response for my quote request?
Typically we can process a quote request within 24 hours. We do our best to respond to all requests for quote (RFQs) according to the 'Quote by' date you specify.
In some cases we may not be able to respond by the 'Quote by' date you specify. This may happen if:
1.) Your request is received during an observed Holiday, or
2.) The 'Quote by' date is the same date the RFQ was submitted
*IMPORTANT: If you do not receive a quote response by the specified 'Quote by' date DO NOT submit a new quote request! Instead, please contact our Sales team to request an update for the RFQ number provided to you via email when you submitted your original request.
